HI there,
They are all usually very similar, with slight design changes to hoses.
Please let us know, as from the diagrams we have here, they are the same.
Allthebest, c4c5

I believe these are different than mine because I have a black canister underneath the nose of the hood with I believe three hoses coming from them and there's also another switch in the drivers side q-panel with hose attatchments to it. thanks for your time

I will give it a shot. I assume that you are using Windows XP

The following describes how to create a JPG file from Window. I was not sure if you already had converted the scanned image to JPG or not.

1. Open up the scan file you have so you can view it. Size the window as large as you can (drag lower right corner) and still see the entire document on your screen.

2. Right Click on the horizontal bar at the top of the scan document window. The bar should now appear dark blue (which indicates current window with focus). If you were just working on this window the top bar should already be dark blue.

3. While holding down the ALT key, press the PrtScn key (top right of keyboard) and then release both keys. This copies the entire current focus Window to the Clipboard.

4. Open up the Paint program (Start->Accessories->Paint).

5. In paint select Edit->Paste. This copies the contents of the Clipboard to the Paint program Window.

6. Select File->Save As. This should open up a small window where you can select a directory and enter the desired file name. In the edit box named "Save As Type" click the down arrow at the right side. This will display a list of file types in a drop down list, select JPEG. Now click on Save. You should have just created a JPG file with the file name you entered in the directory you selected,

7. You can now attach the file to an E-mail or to your reply post (if it is smaller than 97.7K for this forum).

If the JPG file is larger than 97.7K you will not be able to attach it to a post on this forum. If the file is 97K or less, than you can attach it to a post. Click on the paper clip and then use the very top browse edit box to locate the file on your hard drive and then click on Upload.

If the file is larger than 97K you will have to reduce the size of the image (losing detail) or place the file on another site and then use the URL to get it to show in your post. Using a ZIP file will not help as JPG files are already compressed. If you want to use the file as is and it is less 1M then you might be able to use www.photobucket.com. You have to register but it is free. You then upload your JPG's to your album on Photobucket. After the upload you will see the picture in your album with 4 edit boxes below it. The bottom box is IMG. Left click the text inside the IMG box (Copied will flash on the screen). This copies the IMG information to the clip board. Now switch to the post you are making and press CTRL and the v key. This will copy the url link into your post. When anyone views the post the image will be retrieved from Photobucket and displayed in your post.

It is probably easier to just E-mail the file, but it you learn the above procedure with Photobucket you can add photos to your posts in the future.

Let me know if you have problems.

Save The Wave,
John
