CM Problem with starting my 93 LT-1

New member here, I need some help with my 93 with 54,000 miles, it ran out of fuel one day & ever since that time, it seemed to be hard to start after running, now it seems to be hard to start at odd times even after sitting & cooling off, I can spray starting fluid & get it to run but it will stall if I let off the accelerator and then it will eventually start like it never had a problem, sometimes after a minute or two & sometimes after a half hour or so. I have replaced the fuel pump, The opti-spark was replaced last year & the coolant sensor was replaced, fuel pressure is correct for my cars specs according to my mechanic, the fuel filter was replaced twice & still no improvement, but once I get it to start, it runs great until it is shut off again, also, I am not sure if this is a part of the problem or not, the security warning flashes 3 times when the car is running & then has a slight pause then flashes again 3 times & again continuously, but seems to have no effect while the car is running, please help, I am running out of money rapidly!

HI there,
It would be suggested to verify fuel pressure when attempting to start, 41-47 psi.
Then, verify that you have spark going from the coil to the Optispark.
IF neither of these 2 present a cause, I would suggest removing the injectors to check for contaminants in the fuel rail.
Allthebest, c4c5

Thanks, I'll relay this to the mechanic, I believe that he has already tried this, but will still suggest it to him & let you know the result.

Update on my problem, everything checks out to specs, it seems that it is not getting fuel sometimes, so the ecm seems to be the next item to replace!
