CM Cruise control disengage
Riding along and cruse disengaged. Noticed the active handling coming on the DIC before cruise went off. Could anyone tell from these codes what might be going bad. IPC U1064,1016,1176,1088 RADIO 1096,1064,1016. Does anyone know what the RFA for code 1176 stands for? This happened 2000 miles ago. Reset code and just came back yesterday. THANKS.

Yes after I get a/h get cruise discontinued. Turned off cruise control and got A/H one time and it seemed like car slowed a bit.

While running on hwy. in a straight line seen DIC change to ACTIVE HANDLING for a few seconds then went off. No service message and No codes registered.. Found that if I run the hwy. with A/H off the cruise stays on. I guess i will keep checking codes till I get something.

AH should not be engaging if you are driving in a straight line. Assuming a dry pavement, of course. Do you feel the brakes engaging or the car trying to turn at all when this happens? Does it happen when you hit a bump?

Have you had any work done to the car?
