CM Buy it for looks, buy it for life!

Many should know this is from the company MOEN Faucets and IT IS TRUE!

My 3 year old, $120 MOEN kitchen faucet developed a leak when the water was turned on at the spouts base. First I was mad, then I went for the receipt and owners guide.

In the back of the guide it lists (I will summarize) MOEN will send replacement parts to the original owner for life, faucets made after 1996, with proof or purchase. I thought what? Could this be? I have my receipt so I will call tomorrow!

I called and got right through to a very nice American speaking woman. I told her the issue and she asked for the model number which I had and if I had the receipt. She told me this gasket was bad. I said OK that is what I thought and I tried to remove the fancy chrome nut using a piece of rubber and a rag but my pliers cut through both and marred the nut. Oh she said, I will send you a new nut too! Doing the happy dance I said thank you very much. She said the parts will be Fed Ex'ed to me by the 20th! I said wait, don't you want me to fax you the receipt? She said no...

Well MEON, you made a customer for life and I will not buy anything else from here on out!

Just thought I would share this awesome customer assitance story!

Now go play with your tools!

That's why my faucets are Moen also. They have great Customer Service as they should.

Do not PM or email me with vehicle issues, I will not answer. Please post your questions on the board. We are not mind readers, all C4's, or C5's etc.... are not all the same.... so please follow our simple guideline and 'INCLUDE THE YEAR OF YOUR VEHICLE' with your question.

It's nice to hear of companies that still have great customer support.

So, are you saying our Vette's are like Moen faucets without the customer service?
