|  1982 tach sometimes works, sometimes not
Hi, Have the 82 vette and the tach works randomly... like yest., drove it but tach did not work, then as I was driving, the tach needle jumped up and worked for the last 3rd of the ride home. Shut car off, restarted it 5 min later but tach not working. Very sporadic. I see the "tach batt" (?) black square unit attached to (or right next to) the distributor cap... is it something to do w/that perhaps.? Any info is apprciated... Regards, Golf. |
