Paul, Chick do you know how many posts you need on z06vette b4 you can start a thread? I want to do a WTB z06 rims, but it keeps telling me not enough posts yet to start a thread. Thanks.

I'm guessing it's just a sort of filter to minimize garbage threads that get started. I can post, but not start a thread. I imagine that eventually after 10 20 30 or so posts that the software or admin will let you start a thread. No biggie, just trying to score some z06 rims for my sticky tires.

Here's the deal. New Policy - For Sale Threads -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As we are a real community of friends, and not simply an internet sales site, the staff is implementing a new policy on For Sale threads. Over the last several months we have been besieged with "one hit wonders". Folks who come on and post a For Sale thread as their first or near first post, and then never contribute to the community. To alleviate this practice no one will be allowed to post a For Sale thread until they have made at least 25 posts. Hopefully this gives everyone a chance to get to know the seller, and hopefully the seller will become part of the community to which they are trying to sell their goods. This goes into effect immediately. For Sale posts posted in other forums will simply be deleted by the staff. Mark _______________________________ I can see why they did this. :)

Myself and Paul would implement the same thing here. I can understand why they did this. But on a good note we have a z06 area here you can post away like a bunny in. |
