Is the minimum rotor thickness (24.5 mm on my c5z rears) a spec for taking them OUT of service or a spec for putting them IN service? I had my dealer turn some oem rotors and they came out great and/but they are exactly AT min spec give/take .001 mm. So are these good or junk? He seemed to think the min was good to go INTO service. Thanks! BTW I would not track these, street/autox only. | ||||||||||||||||||||

HI there, 24.5 mm is the discard specification. 24.9 mm is the MINIMUM THICKNESS AFTER MACHINING per SI document 912299 Discard the rotors, DO NOT USE THEM. Allthebest, c4c5 |
