CM Hey Good News

I found a place where you can get advise from a world class tech on your corvette and other GM cars for free. The only thing needed is a $5.00 donation to keep them on the internet. My Chevy garage wants $80.00 for one diagnoses.
Please help you and me out and send your donation to
CM - Donation System

Then ask away.

ps: you can donate more if you like.

It's the old salesman in me. Trying to get people a good deal. If they never need help, Great but $5.00 is cheap insurance. I know you guys have helped me. My 89 runs as good as they day it was born.

My only suggestion would be to leave the Donation button available year round. When I joined, it was in the middle of the year and I could not make a contribution until the end of the year. There are probably some casual users that would donate, but may never be able to due to the timing of their visits.

Chevy's $80 for a diagnostic check?? I like $5 a lot better. Why not make it $10??

The Jag dealer wants $230 to plug in an OBD II. Glad I own one (the OBD II, not always the Jag) and verified it was a warranty complaint. Still, my reading ability can't be trusted, so I had to swear I'd pay the $230 if I was wrong.

I asked if they'd apologize or give ME $230 if I was right.

Neither happened when, guess what, I can read too!

New catalytic converter on it's way.....

Can't WAIT to see what they bill Jag!

I would think people with no problems would donate $5.00 just to save the resource. $5.00 won't get you through McDonalds.

This makes sense, if xtra is collected it goes to the next year as a jump start.
