|  Suggestions on a shop manual
I have a 1986 4+3 manual transmisson vette I want to get a shop manual for it like Chilton's or Haynes. I am wondering what is out there and which would be best for some one that does not have much mechanical knowledge...yet. Any suggestions/ help would be great. Thanks Tim | ||||||||||||||||||||

Hi there, Chilton/Haynes are good for the person who wants to learn about the car. BUT DO NOT TAKE THE WORD AS LAW!!!!!!!! THE ONLY SOURCE FOR ACCURATE INFORMATION IS WWW.HELMINC.COM But as was said, its very in depth technical and will provide ALL the information you need to know about your vehicle.
