Loose Glass with window down 2000 c5 convertible door sounds like junk when closing with glass down If glass is raised so the top is in the top rail it is fine so is there a adjustment so the glass will not go below this top edge of the door. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Had the same problem. The lower rear adjuster nut had come off. Adjusting the window up will only cover up the real problem for a while. I took my door panel off to repair, but you may be able to do a visual by removing the lower red reflector to check it first.

Mine is a convertible also. The nut that came off was for the tip in adjuster for the window, which can create a lot of wind noise if not adjusted properly.
