Did you drive the car in a series of figure-8s, forward and backward (in an empty parking lot) after the fluid change?

Is this on all right turns? Or on tight turns, slow turns, etc.?

wouldn't the noise happen in both directions if the fluid was wrong ?

In my limited experience , when the noise happened turning right , the left bearing was bad and when turning left , the right was bad.
I've changed both over the years and this was the way it happened to me and others who have dealt the similar problem.

but , without hearing the problem , my online diagnosis can be off
