Strange problem that just started happening. When I turn my headlights on, they will not open, both wont. No motor noises and if I cycle the switch again, they will come on. So yesterday I tried to clean the switch, blew it out with air the best I could from the staulk. Worked fine then. This morn, they started messing up again. I researched some forums and one said it was the Headlamp Module, the other the turn signal/headlamp lever. Any one know for sure? Thanks,

If cycling the switch gets them to work, then it sounds like a bad headlight switch.

Right, OK... That is the cheaper of the two parts too! LOL!!! I know of a good used one. The bad part is I barely use my headlights! Only a few times a year and I do not have auto on.

Tod they(the switch) are easy to refresh/rebuild. If you are going there I will find a thread that goes thru it.

Well last night my battery completely died, basically right in front of me. I did not drive it yesterday due to rain, but opened the door, tried the headlights and they turned on and went up very slowly. I thought, there is an issue! Checked voltage at the battery and got 10V, the car would not even crank. Then while removing the battery, the hood lamp got so dim and almost died in front of me and I heard a buzzing noise. So off to get a bettery and possibly this may fix my issue. Otherwise, I will be doing the switch clean and adjustment above.
