Right Turn Signal

Started having this issue today on my 2005 C6. My right turn signal and side maker light on when the car is running, but do not flash when signaling for a right turn as well as when the hazard switch is on.
When the car is off both the right turn signal and marker do not flash when the hazard switch is on.

I checked the bulbs and all seem to be fine that is they are not blown. Does this mean it is a fuse or some other wiring issue?

Remove the bulb and clean the inside of the socket with acetone or alcohol. Sand the socket terminals as well as the bulb contacts and apply some dielectric silicone to the socket and /or bulb. This is a constant problem that occurs with the GM sockets. I've done my 05 Vette as well as my wife's 99 Olds many times. There is a TB on the Vette, but it calls for the replacement of the wiring harness.
