|  Update to Top Tier??
Now that both Shell and BP have started touting "cleaner" formulas, has the Top Tier list been revised? I looked at the old site and it lists Somerset, but a Google search of Somerset shows they went bankrupt some time ago. Anyone know? Sure getting sick of chasing down our few Shell stations here in Michigan and no one else is on the current approved list. | ||||||||||||||||||||

That's the site I checked. It's old. Somerset Refinery, Inc, according to their own site, shut down a year or two ago. | ||||||||||||||||||||

I know that Shell "V-Power" (which is their premium unleaded" has had the Top Tier rating for some time now, which is why I only ever got premium when I went to Shell. In the past couple months, I see that Shell is touting "nitrogen enriched" for all their grades. Is that what sparked your curiosity?

That and BP's new "Invigorate" What's the point of a standard program that isn't kept current? Maybe the new Shell is off the list with the new formula? | ||||||||||||||||||||
