My issue is the broken turn signal, headlight beam lever on my 1978 Corvette. It has a tilt telescopic steering column with cruise control button at end of angled lever. It appears that metal pin is sticking up and metal bracket appears broken. I believe it is the headlamp/turn signal lever pivot. Any feedback if this is a simple repair for me to do and what special tools would I need . Are steering wheel pullers universal fit. Prefer to repair myself if it is basic. Any positive feedback would be welcome.also if somone could confirm this broken part as a turn signal lever-headlamp dimmer pivot (corvette central #563001). By the way this is Murphys Law, it broke on a test drive to sell vehicle

HI there, Normally, all steering wheel pullers are the same. 2 or 3 point depending on design, but they all do the same thing. KD tools and others sell them. Im not sure about just the pivot, it doesnt look healthy. We are pulling for you!! Allthebest, c4c5 |
