CM Car makes a "woosh" "woosh" sound while driving slow...

Hi there.

1998 Corvette 6spd. While driving through the underground garage I noticed the car makes a woosh woosh woosh sound that sounds like it's coming from the rear passenger tire. It almost sounds like air is escaping from the tire on each rotation, but the PSI is right.

It happens at similar speed to the "tweet tweet tweet" I used to hear coming from the passenger side of the car while at low speeds next to a wall to bounce the sound back.

I've heard of the wheel bearings going on these cars, but I don't really hear anything loud at speed?

Thanks for any help.

The next time it happens, try pulling the emergency brake lever up fairly tight while moving and see if the noise goes away.

HI there,
I agree, possibly a brake shoe dragging a slight bit.
Also, if the Ebrake doesnt change it, just tap the brake pedal also and see if it goes away.
Allthebest, c4c5

I'm guessing this is my rear brake applying a tiny bit of pressure all the time? I'll try the ebrake thing, thanks!
