I found my thin spokes on Craigs List, have you tried there too? It was better since I could inspect them for cracks myself.

Now go play with your tools!

Too make a long story short I bought a set off Craigslist and when they came and I cleaned them up they were all cracked. Had to scrap them all - no help from the seller.

As chance has it, I am going to look at a set or oem rims this Friday morning up here in Canada within driving distance. They are orig. oem with orig. tires that have 30,000 kloms on them. This may be the set I waited for.

I would be very cautious buying these type of rims on-line even if they provide lots of pictures. Cracks are hard to see in photos.

Oh boy, that stinks!

I too bought a set of CL's before the thin spoke I have now. A chrome set of wagon wheels. I got them home and noticed two were cracked on the backsides. The guy said let him know if I had any issues, I did and he refunded me my money. I guess he was a fellow Vette brother, unlike the person you bought from, that did not help you out afterwards.

Now go play with your tools!
