All because people are too distracted and unfamiliar with their cars to know how to throw one in Neutral??

You just can't fix stupid! Driver's tests should be harder and fewer morons should be allowed to propel 4000lbs at 80MPH down the interstate.

Those of us from the "old days" remember ripping a motormount or two apart on our Chevy's and having the pedal stuck to the floor!

I just had a throttle stick, WFO. I was on a track in a kart that has an automatic trans. The ONLY way to shut it down was to pull the plug wire. I had to run about half a lap with it WFO. I barely stopped in the pits and a guy pulled the wire behind me. I couldn't get out or the kart would take off again as I had my left foot mashed on the brake. It was only 100cc Yamaha but it still makes for exciting events. (Nothing like hitting 35mph turns @ 65!)
