Having trouble with a 2000 Vette. Car is throwing a p 0480 Code and the low speed fan wont turn on. Exchanged relay and put the test light on it. Commanded fan on with HP tuners and no power to the relay. Tested another 2000 and have power there. Not sure where to go from here. TIA Brian

HI there, I would be checking the fuse first, then if you have power on both sides of the fuse. Command high speeds for the fan, does the fan work???? If not, you might need to start by checking terminal tension under the underhood fuse block. Allthebest, c4c5 |

OK, so it was the maxifuse for coolfan1. Replaced it at the auto parts store and drove the car back to the shop when I got back here the fuse was blown again. Yes when high speed is commanded the right fan comes on but not the left. Terminal tension seems fine.

The metal clip off the abs box came off and was sticking through the back of the fan just enough to touch it periodically and that caused the fuse to blow. Thanks for the help!
