CM side view mirror question
Can just the glass portion of the side mirrors be replaced without removing the entire mirror housing from the door?

Reason I ask, my driver side mirror is cloudy and needs to be replaced.

If you take your VIN to the dealer, they will be able to tell you better. There are several different types available for the C6 Corvette, but it would depend upon the types of options that you have on your particular vehicle.

Usually yes, on my 02 Suburban the glass has an elec. conn & then just snaps in. They are wicked expensive, but you can replace with non electro if you wish to give up the dimming & defrost stuff.

Vette should be same.

Be VERY careful they are ez to snap. Aftermarket are available.
