Hi there, The first thing you must do is verify your ground sources and power. From a previous conversation, the key is pinning out the system as 1995 is different from the earlier systems. Your grounds and the voltage drop specification should be no more than 50 millivolts. Making sure that all the power circuits are feeding the correct voltage into the computer.
