CM A/C exhaust into ac ducts at idle.

Help, need direction to see if this is a problem that can be fixed. When I come to a stop with the A/C on I instantly get exhaust coming in via the A/C ducts. It's become annoying and defeats the purpose of having the air on. As you can see from my mods the car is heavily modded, please any direction would be appreciated...

HI there,

I dont see what you have for modifications, but you have an exhaust leak.

So, that being said, a complete inspection of all the exhaust components including any and all EGR crossover tube connections would be the first course of action.

Allthebest, c4c5

Sorry for not listing the mods.

I do have long shot headers and I kept the EGR pipe going into the headers, I also have my headers banded with no collectors, I will check the EGR pipe going into the headers and tighten all exhaust bolts as well. The motors fresh so maybe something has loosened up.

Are you sure it is exhaust gasses, or possibly water mist? If indeed it is exhaust gas, then the leak should be audible and not too hard to find. Using the recirculation mode on the HVAC panel will help until the actual problem can be fixed. Good luck with it.
