Ever since my 2008 Z06 was new, I could hear a hiss after shutting down on a warm day. Upon investigation, I saw that water was dripping off of the AC lines just above the right exhaust manifold. Is this dirpping water on the hot manifold going to cause long term problems with the manifold? If so, do you recommend a fix?

The situtation sounds like normal condensation from the evaporator, and won't hurt a thing. More water hits the manifolds from wet weather than they will ever see from the evaporator drain tube alone. There would be problems though if no water came out of the drain tube after using the a/c for cooling or the defrost modes. Enjoy your ride.
