I have a 1986 z51, which I use solely for auto crossing. The brakes are always a little spongy. I’ve tried all the methods of bleeding and there always seem to be some air in the system. I will be acquiring an abs tester j-35890 used from a dealer that is closing. I don’t know yet if it works as I am told it has not been used in several years. In the instruction I see that during the solenoid test valves are open and closed. Can the system be bled at this time?
