I have a 94 six speed. Where does the balance weight on the driveshaft go,towards the differential or the transmission?

HI there, Depends, I have seen them on both ends, but normally mark the shaft prior to removal. If the shaft has been balanced after removal from the car, I prefer to install the weight to the differential side. That is only my preference and there is NO service information to factually base my response, its just what I do. Allthebest, c4c5 |
