1994 lt1 ASR and ABS problems

My wife has a 1994 Lt1 with the following indicators on the DIC.

ASR off,ASR active,ABS active,Service ENG soon and Service ABS. I have grounded pin 12 of the DLC. Diagnostic Mode 1.1 displayed the following C41,H41 and ---.
Diagnostic Mode 1.2 displayed the following

Diagnostic mode 1.3 displayed

05 1
The rest were all zeros

Diagnostic mode
4.1 ERR
9.1 ERR
A.1 ERR


Passive Keyless System cycles door locks on and off.
Grounding pin 8 of the DLC displayed DTC 13 with key in ignition.

I hope the info helps cause I don't have a scanner.
