C6 A6 dyno problem

just took my 06 C6 A6 to the dyno after couple of runs the car went crazy, i can turn the traction off but not the active handling, (sometimes this happens on the street too). the abs light is on and the car runs in 4th gear it wont shift up or down in S mode or D, the gear on the heads up display gone crazy it jumps between 2nd 3rd and 4th gear and when rolling it stucks on 4th. took it off the dyno removed battrey head for a day but it still wont shift, went back to the tuner and he solved the trans issue. now i need to tune it on dyno but i dont want that trans issue to happen again!!
other A6 corvettes run just fine on the dyno!! no one seems to know what is the problem with mine!!

any ideas ?

Your first course of action is to scan the entire computer system, every module and get the diagnostic trouble codes.

Did your tuner "tune" the transmission? (ie. change shift points or pressures?)
