CM Mobil 1 for motorcycles?

I want to start using a synthetic in my motorcycle a 97 yamaha virago. It has a wet clutch. So my question is does anyone know if Mobil 1 is ok for wet clutch motorcycles?? thanks rj

Not Mobil 1 automotive oil, absolutely not. Automotive blend oils have additives that will ruin a wet clutch. If Mobil 1 makes a motorcycle specific oil, then yes it would be ok. Never use any automotive blend oil for any wet clutch system.

they do market mobil 1 for wet clutch MC
