hi can you show me some pix of your top? i thought i had the same problem but it was very hard water spots etched in the top i got them out with scratch x kraz

Details are subtle & certain light angle necessary -difficult to photo. Seems to be a fairly common occurence -thought someone may have figured it out by now -guess multiple causes. Thanks for replies.

Does this still happen ? If I buy a new top can I expect this to happen to it ???

This is an issue on C5 as well... I personally think its the heat from the sun and the punishment it takes from the sun. Not sure if waxing it would protect it or not. I always run my body color top and actaully hate the smoked one, as it make my head feel like its in a greenhouse. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Sounds like they all do it and I for one would not want one if it still does this - like 1100 bucks and then to have problems - why have they not corrected this - they have know about it for some time. Typical GM piece of .

GM & supplier have had plenty of time to correct this problem. Why purchase another knowing the same problem may occur?
