CM 1977 paint question

my 77 was painted by previous owner.it has a haze after sitting for some time.last owner "wet" sanded and buffed one section and it came out pretty good .What do you think of this? Will this take many hrs to do whole car and why is this haze on there?

sounds like car was never wet sanded and buffed after painting. Try taking it to a good shop and get a professional opinion. If you hae the time ,its much cheaper to wet sand and buff than to start all over.
