Water Pump Leaking - Change hoses and belts?

My time to break out the wrenches instead of the advice.

When GM was going bankrupt, my Low Coolant message started coming up. I wanted to replace the surge tank, but the couldn't get one. So, I've just been hitting the reset button and periodically checking under the hood.

Until a few days ago, that is. I pulled out of my garage spot and saw a stain. Came home and looked around, but could figure out where the leak was coming from. A few days of sitting and I can feel the underside of the pump is wet.

So, since I'll be changing out the surge tank and water pump, I'm assuming it is a good idea to change out the upper and lower hoses, serpentine and AC belts as well since the car is 11 1/2 years old with 78000mi.

Correct? Or is this overkill? Can the stock clamps be reused or need to be replaced when you take off the hose?

OEM clamps are fine, as long as Gates hoses are used.

I dont think its overkill at all.

Solid repair to me.

is there a reason you prefer Gates ?
Are they the manufacturers of the OEM hoses ?

FYI : I like 'em too , just wondering what's your take on them.
