I have a glass roof on my c6 corvette and I take the roof out quite often. The plastic piece in the far left front drivers corner that is used to "lock" the roof into the trunk keeps coming out. What type of glue should I use to keep it from coming out as I remove the roof..? Crazy glue? elmers glue? JB Weld? gasket sealer? spit? ;) For the most part I find the corner piece in the trunk as I remove the roof but I am concerned that one day I'll not be paying attention and I'll loose the little corner plastic piece that the trunk uses to keep the top in place in the trunk. It doesn't seem to have a purpose when the roof is on the car but only when its latching in the trunk area so it doesn't move around. Still...I don't want to loose it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Hi there, Honestly, the plastic would have to be replaced. I dont know what glue could give the bond between the metal frame and the plastic. Allthebest, c4c5 |

Do they sell that piece by itself or is it part of the million dollar roof kit? ;)
