I'd go red, and throw on some red calipers at the same time, but that's just me....

Blue would look really good too.

The wheel comes in either blue stitching or orange..

If it were red I would have done it already.

My car is black both inside and out.

I have a few weeks to decide.

Maybe I won't even bother but I sure do like ultrasuede and the price is dam good too.

207 for a wheel with no exhange needed is pretty cool.

Have you seen pics of the wheel that coming on the 2012 cars? You might want to check those out. I can't believe the price is only $207. That's a great deal (in Corvetteland.)

Also, it seems to me that GM would supply only 1 wiring harness for the Corvette. A "one size fits all" kinda thing.

the photo is the 2011 carbon fiber z06 steering wheel.

If you look at the beautiful new 2012 suede steeringwheel....the edges of the spokes where they meet up with the circular rim portion of the wheel are different than the 2008 steering wheel I have..

I don't believe the swap of a 2012 steering wheel will mate up with the internals of the 2008 wheel. I could be wrong.....but with a 1lt I need to be able to convert the 2008 wheel spokes to the new rim and the 2012 wheel looks to have a different design

So all this means that the 2011 carbon fiber z06 suede rim will fit a 2008 whereas a 2012 might not because of the different spokes on the steering wheel ...(and how the suede rim meets up with the silver spokes of the wheel...
