1992 turn signal fuse blows

I'm blowing my 15 A turn signal fuse on my 1992. I replace the fuse and the turn signal works while I'm sitting still. All lights (left and right) work. Once I start moving I get a few turns in before the fuse goes again.

Appears you may have a "short" in the steering column?

I'll post when I get it fixed. Maybe it will help someone with this problem.

Check your owners manual or fuse box and see what else is on the turn signal fuse circuit. Any aftermarket accy's, or recent work done to the vehicle? Good luck with it.
