CM WTF! ebrake broke

I parked my car in the driveway to wash it and when I pulled the ebrake, the car began to roll back. I was like wtf, and pulled the car in the garage and put it on jackstands. I found that on my left rear wheel, the hook that the ebrake cable hooks on to broke off. How do I go about repairing this?

Yes, but the place where the cable hooks to behind the rotor near the hub broke off. The parking brake lever broke on my right rear.

Here is a pic:

2002 Z06.

The "Y" cable connector on mine had to be replaced twice because it would spread to the point where the E brake would not work. You may want to check it out while you are looking at your problem.

Good luck.

I see that you found my picture so you may want to look at
this other thread
I did concerning the parking brake. That thread will answer your question. You can see what needs to be replaced by looking at the insert in this picture.
