CM Ground on 84 coupe.

I am having an intermittent problem with the illumination of the instrument cluster. Naturally I can't get the cluster illumination to fail for me now. From what I can see on a dirt smudged wiring chart, I am looking for a ground called G101. The repair manual says it is behind the right side of the IP. Do they consider the instrument cluster the IP, or do they mean the right side of the dash board, at the right door post? These are not the current flow charts I am accustomed to, for imports, so hang in there with me......Just getting a little frustrated.....Thanks..Mike Bondi

CM

IP normally means instrument panel in GM talk. I am used to Honda's, so I can feel your pain. :)
