If I were you I would shop over at Corvette C6 - C1 Reviews, Performance, Parts For Sale - CorvetteForum.com used parts section...

Plenty of guys buy new rides and they trade in their car. Usually its a great way to get a new exhaust.

I have the NPP exhaust and I like it....but you have to know I have a teenager who has autism so the NPP works for me.. Its quiet when i need it to be (when he is with me as sound bothers him) and when I'm in the mood I hit the M2W switch and its bad @ss. I would like to mention though there are times when the exhaust drones so I put it back to stock when I'm traveling down the highway....

I can't really give you advice on which advice you mentioned is best. AGain I would refer to either Digital corvettes.com or corvette forum.

Also a great option is to find a local corvette show or club and you'll find many guys thrilled to give you a sample of each exhaust..

Sound is such a personal thing.. and tolerance for highway drone too..

Like I mentioned..>I really like my NPP from GM

I do like to buy exhausts preowned if possible because they almost never wear out..

Good luck and enjoy that awesome new ride! Have fun deciding which sound you like best.

If you have speakers, you can hear a lot of different exhaust systems on the mid america website. I don't know if they are a supporting vendor, so I don't know if links are allowed. I'm sure a quick search will yield a link.

Thanks Norty; Ya been there done that, seems the more you see (or hear ) the more confusing things get. I guess i will just pick a system and hope for the best. I'am just looking for something to add a little gargle to her and not piss off the neighbors. As i said the SLP Blackwing intake and the power flo muffler is looking good to me. But i would like to hear from other vette owners with there thoughts. THANKS AGAIN !
