Okay, as the problems get fewer and fewer, I'm down to this: When I've been driving for a while, generally in city traffic, and the car is up to operating temps for a while (never hot), it will hunt for the idle pretty badly. I mean to the point of stalling at times. It will do it even if I've shut down for half and hour or so and drive again. Any thoughts?

I see you got a new throttle body at one time, but is it currently clean? Is the idle air control (IAC) clean too? Throttle position sensor or vacuum leak possibly. Leaking intake gasket? So out of all of that above, what's been cleaned or is newer?

I have found many vacuum leaks on my 86 starting with the intake manifold when it was new, but also including quite a few involving the plastic vacuum lines that snake around the engine compartment, and also some rubber lines. Every time I fixed one, it would run a little better.

I'm thinking it is time to address the plastic parts. I do know one tee with a pin hole replaced made a difference. Where I get confused is that it happens only when warm, worse the warmer it gets.
