CM Electronic Brake Control Module

Hi
I just found out today that the EBCM on my 2003 50th Anniversary Roadster needs to be replaced. Do you recommend a brand new factory unit ordered through a dealership with limited warranty or securing a re-built EBCM on E-Bay that carries half the price and a lifetime warranty? Please advise back to me as I don't know what to do. Thank you very much!

HI there,

Either way seems ok.

I cant justify the massive cost difference between new and remanufactured because I just dont know what BOSCH did to make the module any better.

Allthebest, c4c5

I sent mine to ABSfixer. They repaired it for $150.00.

I think all the abs fixer can do is replace the relay in the module. That's not always what is wrong. They are very expensive, as you know. I would try to find a used on on line here, or another forum , or Ebay. Good luck!!!!!
