Here's the water/wind intrusion guide TSB. The zip file also includes the window adjustment that was mentioned earlier. This roof leak repair may also help. Between these 3 documents, one of them should assist you in fixing the leak.

Thanks Guys!! I printed the material and will give these suggestions a try. One question. Should all the water the gets to the passenger side cowl drain through that udder? When I was checking that one with the hose I recall seeing some of the water splasing down in the ECM area behind the wheel well. Shoudn't all that water go through that udder? It was clean. I had disconnected it from the plenum and ran water through it so I know it's clear and not pinched. What is the purpose of that "plenum?" that the udder connects to? When you are simulating rain with a water hose, you have to be realistic with the amount of water you run over that area. I would need to see pictures of what you're talking about but my immediate guess is that all the water should run through the udder.

i had some water inside my 2000 convert. removed the plate under the windshield wipers and found it was full of leaves,creating a total plug. removed the blockage;no more leaks. hope it as simple for you !
