CM Carbon Ceramic Brake Balance

It seems as my 2011 Carbon Limited Edition Z06 has the dreaded Carbon Ceramic Brake imbalance. I have read online that the matched and balanced rotor stock was depleted so GM shipped units with unmatched sets resulting in the 75 mph wobble. Mine was pretty bad until I performed the burnishing procedure last weekend. That helped but it still has a wobble in the 75-120 mph range. Will GM address this in a recall? Should I go to the dealer and complain in hopes I will get a matched set (read online of some success here). Could I balance the rotor and wheel as an assembly at Discount so I can install weights to counter the rotor imbalance? Any ideas? C4C5...any inside information would be much appreciated.

Balancing the wheel while still on the car can be done. You might have to find a old shop that does dynamic balancing. Usually, only RR/Bentley require this service. They like it smoooooth!

Are you sure the rotors are the culprits? As much (or little) as those CC rotors weigh, it's hard to believe the anyone could feel a wobble @ 75-120. Are you sure it's not the wheels themselves?
I'd be tempted to put the car on a dyno and let the dyno "free roller" up to (and past) the suspected speeds and watch the wheels for wobble/hop or anything. This would isolate whether it's the front or rear wheels at least. The next thing I'd try is have a "friend" drive next to you while doing those speeds and witness what all of your wheels are doing. You might need a passenger for this test. Might not bea bad idea to have 2-way radios too.

If all this passes your "test," then I'd look for a dynoshop that removes the wheels and attaches directly to the hubs. This would eliminate the wheel/tire possibility. (All wheel drive tuners use these.)

Have you been under your car to inspect for anything loose? Swaybars/shackles/ujoints/end links/tie rods?

Pretty sure it is the rotors. Check here and here for some info. Mine shimmies the steering wheel side-to-side when I am in the 70ish to 120ish area. Beyond that I disregard most vibrations due to focus on driving.
