Got this email about one of the trucks I am working on and with. Just when work gets stressful and you can hate your job at times, you get a pick me up like this.

I've removed the peoples last names for privacy and have attached a pic of the truck. It's the equavalent of a wrecker we see on the roads that tows semi trucks.

This is my stroy:

Dear Navistar,

My name is SGT Jason N. and I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been in the Army for 8 years and have been in a recovery section for 7. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan working route clearance. About 6 months into the deployment I was able to start driving the Maxx Pro Recovery Vehicle. With the help of Bill B. and Dave H., myself and my crew were able to fine tune our skills on the MRV and complete the mission. On July 18th 2011 we were conducting route clearance and my truck was struck by an IED. It completely destroyed the front end leaving nothing but the front frame rails from the fire wall on forward. If it had not been for my driver and myself being in our MRV we surely would have been killed. For that I wanted to thank the Navistar company and its employees for the excellent job you guys have done with the MRV. Once again I can't thank you guys enough for all that the company has done. I look forward to seeing more MRV's on the road and to be able to ride in one once again.
