Hi there, The biggest difference is the LENGTH OF TRAVEL in the C6 shock absorber. Ride height is negligable, as it the better ride quality. The key is bottoming, which will change based on the available travel of the shock absorber. Normally, I dont recommend it if you are tracking the car. If you are a daily driver and dont mind an occasional bottoming out, then you can do it. My professional suggestion would be to go to 04 ZO6 which will be a night and day difference over the 2003. C4C5 needs no support but if you remember one of the few changes between a '03 C5 Z06 and an '04 was shocks--engineers worked at getting a more efficient shock to improve both ride quality and handling capabilities--no easy task but they got it right. Lots of testing at the "ring" went into this. With age and the engineered-in difference between yours and a full set of '04, I think you would be very pleased and fitment should be without issue.
