Thanks for the reply. I pulled my own on my LS6. Didn't realize R&R was that many on LS7. The book pays for 10.7 but you take 14. Is that an issue with the allowed hours or just a reflection of what you do to add value when you do the R&R?

HI there,

I can only say what it is from MY point of view.

I CANNOT USE AIR TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE OR ASSEMBLE. IMO< that leads to mistakes and problems. And the fact that the dry sump lines do get in the way, I have to lower the subframe slightly to get the exhaust cats out of the way.

Added value?? I cannot speak of that.

I only know that when I am doing a job of this magnetude, mistakes are NOT an option.
