Just curious -- the factory Oil Filter on my new LS3 has a label on it that says "Replace with PF48". Is the OE filter not a PF48? Or is label simply instructional? Why does the engine not simply have a PF 48 filter on it that is labeled the same as the replacement I bought at O'Reilly's?? Thanks. | ||||||||||||||||||||

If you have not changed your filter, its normal. The factory filters are not the same as what we get as far as labeling goes. Allthebest, c4c5 |
