When I turn on power, my radio/cd player display indicates a disc is in the player--there is no disc in the player. Hit the owner's book, found nothing related to this. Any ideas? | ||||||||||||||||||||

HI there, Could be an internal switch within the changer. Disconnect the connectors on the bottom of the unit. Let sit for a few minutes and then reconnect. See how you do afterwards, c4c5 |

Maybe I don't understand, but I don't have a changer--Z06 here. Is there a fuse I can pull related to the radio only to cut power and see if it will "re-set?"

Read the first entry in the thread, been there, done that. That's why I'm inquiring here.

HI there, Ok, what you will have to do is disconnect your negative battery cable for 2 mins then reattach. If this does not fix the condition, you will most likely need the radio sent out for repair for the disc switch being bad inside the radio. Allthebest, c4c5 |

| You asked where to find fuse info, so I was referring you to your owners manual for you to locate all the fuse diagrams etc. which is listed therein.....not the issue with the cd player itself. Hope you find the problem.
