I have a 2002 C5 (not a Z06). It has the dual zone electronic control. In the summer, The temp selector has to be full left ,cold, to get cold air. One degree up from full cold causes the vent air to turn hot. Both sides are effected. Most threads I have read are only effected by one side. I need help in where to start to troubleshoot. Thanks in advance.

HI there, I would be lookin to see if the inside air temperature sensor is connected. Have you had the lower drivers side knee bolster removed and disconnected the sensor that is next to the ignition key ???? That is the critical sensor for your HVAC system. Did you also by chance retreive any diagnostic trouble codes ????? Allthebest, c4c5 |

I have not checked for codes yet. I bought it used and I personally have not had that panel removed but have noticed that area to droop a bit. I believe at one point it has been off. I will investigate both of your suggestions and post my findings. Thanks for the quick reply. Love this site!
