just read your post titled - Seminars, AND REPAIR, courtesy of Corvettemechanic.com. this is a great idea. if the word gets out, i'de bet there will be a line half way around the fairgrounds. i for one have a noise that i have not been able to identify for the last 2 years and would love your opinion on whether it is serious or not. what days and times will this be happenning at the carlisle event? judging by your post, sound like denise will be there to. i have never met her and look forward to that also. see you there and hope to see some other forum members there also.

Unfortunately, I have not talked to Denise for sometime. She is always super busy.
Anyway, Its something we have talked about before and hopefully, will be supported by Carlisle events.
Thats why the GM nationals are going to be good, because it will be a less attended event, to see how it goes.

That is a lot of time and effort on your part. You are a true ambassador to Corvettes/ G.M. products. Hopefully G.M. is watching and taking notes. Your dedication is truly amazing.

i'm with you llc. you would think gm would throw the guy a few grand and say thanks for showing up at a national event and making our brand look good and generally helping people that our network of dealers cannot because they suck. instead, they'll spend the money flying in god knows how many useless paper pushers to walk around and do nothing or dust off some old engineers and pay them to sit out there and sign autographs.

will you guys be bringing a tech 2 with you to carlisle? i would love to have the car's computers updated with the latest calibrations. that would be awesome. i'm deathly afraid to have this done by my local chevy dealer as it seems whenever they update something, other things start to go wrong rather quickly (ie. column lock stuff, fuel shutting off, cars going into reduced power mode, ect..).

HI there,
Will we be bringing a Tech 2, yes.
We will be able to tell you what calibrations you need and, if we have internet, provide a calibration number for you to reference.
However, due to legality reasons, we will NOT be able to program the car.
We will be able to diagnose any problem, given enough time..
