CM Z51 Sway bar bushing size?

I'm going to upgrade by base suspension to Z51 bars, which are 23.6mm in the rear and 28.6mm in front. The only polyurethane bushings I've found are 24mm and 30mm respectively. Is it O.K. to use the slightly larger size? Any recommendations on a manufacturer/source for the bushings?

HI there,
Normally, to inhibit squaking of polyurethane, it is recommended to use polygraphite.
You might be able to find them at Vette brakes out of St Petersburg Florida. They do have a website, although, I didnt look for it.

My Z06 bars came with new bushings. They were not poly but still new. Yours did not?

Mine are not new. I was given them by a fellow Corvette owner who upgraded to Hotchkis bars. The bushings were not included.

Thanks for your response, c4c5 specialist!
Do you recommended staying with the stock bushings, or do you feel the polyurethane are an improvement?

I have poly on my Z51's sway bar and they're great.

Best of all, I'm not back down there again in ten years because the rubber style has deteriorated. I personally haven't noticed any squeaking. Your mileage my vary.

Now if the only made weatherstrip out of poly.... Changing that is a bit of a chore, I'm finding.

Do you already have the metal End Links? Yours being an 03, I think all had them at that time. If not, I would go with them too.

If anything they look better then the plastic!

Now go play with your tools!

Yes, I have the metal end links. I'd like to go to the Poly bushings, but I'm concerned about stiffer ride, noise, etc. Also, No one seems to make the 28.6mm for the front, only 30mm.
