I bought Wagner "Thermo Quiet" semi-met pads today at Advance Auto for all four brakes. They are their premium pad. The material and the backing plate are a battleship gray, copper flecks going through the compound. Both axles, with MA sales tax (5%) $140.00, not cheap, but that's a good price if they are as good as you say, (if we got the same thing.) They are the same width, for hub lip to outside edge as the Morse after market ceramic pads I tried 8 mo. ago. They and the new Wagners are 49 mm at this dimension, while the stock (?) pads I have on now are 50 mm wide.

I was kind of gun shy about more after market pads after the Morse experience. They fit well, were quiet, low dust, seemed to stop well- all good. BUT about 2 weeks out I started to develop rust bands next to the hub, about 3/4" wide, even though the pads were making good contact, or it seemed so... Really wierd. Any ways Thanks again!
